Could she be pregnant?

I bought Claire a month ago. I have only bred horses and as they get more pregnant the veins on their bellies enlarge - I have noticed that on Claire.

I think that the lady I got her from kept all of her goats together. The buck had already been sold so he was not there when I saw the does so I did not think about them being exposed. She had twins on March 27th. I was told that she was a FF. Her milk production seems to be going down - these pictures where taken right after she had been milked. What do you think?

At 2 month the Fetus is still to small to feel, you need to be on the last month to really feel the kids.

A doe would have to be rail thin for your to be able to feel kids the size of bait shrimp. If you were very adapt at goat anatomy you could perhaps feel the engorged uterus. Send in a blood test or have someone very skilled at ultrasound, ultrasound her. That and kids in 3 more months are the only surefire ways to know.

Milk viens have more to do with maturity than with if they are bred or not. Vicki
