More Babies

My second CAE positive doe kidded last night one buckling and one doeling. Everything went well I was there and caught the babies so no contact with their dam. The only thing I am concerned about is their cords broke when they were born I did not cut them I hope that does not increase their chances of catching CAE at birth if anyone knows please let me know thanks. So kidding is all over for me this year I just had two CAE positive does breed. Now I just have to butcher them and wait for the test results for the kids when they are six months old. My totals from the two does are three doelings and two bucklings so I have a choice of who to replace the dams with. Hope everyone has a good day A@VT
