prickly heat?

I was milking this morning and felt what felt like maybe a tick on my does udder. I examined her and seems to have what looks like little whitehead pimples maybe 4-5. they are really small about the size on a tick. I wash the udders before and after milking and didn't notice them before. I don't know if it's from the heat or a break out from something else. any ideas?
