Skin infection?

I was giving my little doeling some scratches this morning and felt a few scabby areas. At first I thought it was a scratch but upon further inspection found her to have small scabby bumps all over her inner thighs and armpits. There don't seem to be any bumps anywhere else on her body and she looks and feels fine otherwise. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
MB

It "sounds" like some kind of fungal thing going on. You might want to get a skin scraping done to see what it is. If it's fungal, then athletes foot stuff would work on it.

well.. We had sore mouth a while ago with the first group - just on their behinds - not on their faces at all. I knew that the new little goat would get it and it was gone about two weeks ago. Now the bumps. Hmm...It doesn't seem to be bothering her but it's seems pretty bad now.
