Chlorhexidine Gluconate - uses?

I got a bottle of Chlorhexidine Solution. I was thinking it was the same stuff as Nolvasan but now see that it's not. This bottle contains 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate and I'm wondering what I can use this on. It says to dilute 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) per gallon of water so I have enough to last a lifetime!

I don't dilute it as far as they say.

ROse, What do you use it for? how much do you dilute? Thanks!

One ounce to a gallon is the correct dilution. Anything other than that, you risk creating super-bugs. It's great for disinfecting everything from solid surfaces such as buckets to flushing out wounds.
