Diagnosis suggestions

My friend lost a very nice doe tonite. We noticed her crying out, and having seizure type systems. Having returned with some emergency supplies she was bloated and had a 110 fever. I gave her banamine , mineral oil, and some calcium/ mag in case it was grass tentny. Any thoughts entertoxiea? milk feveR? She was open and dry since May, decent body shape and definately a boss goat, without obvous signs of illness or worms.

When was the last time the goat was wormed?
Wormed with what and how much?
What age?
Breed?
Was she vaccinated?
What do her lungs sound like when she is breathing?
Have they had a change of grain?
Eyelid color?
Mineral supplement?

Not sure when the nubian cross was wormed, very rapid breathing, very pale eye, and pupil very dilated. When I posted her she was extremely full, ( of grass clipping and or pasture),

Full or impacted? The fever and the pain and seizure I would bet she was impacted and the fever was from the speticemia from the burst intestine or even acidosis that burst though the rumen. The convulsions/seizure were from the fever. Bloat is just a symptom of the shut down for death. A dry doe is nearly always carry excessive weight, that she uses to boss other does around, gets more than her share of everything, especially feed.

This wasn't something simple like anemia from worms etc....or her fever would never have climbed like this, she would have died of dehydration and a very low temp as her organs shut down from anemia....liver failure brings on edema. Milk fever is low temp....entero doesn't have a fever like this...and really there is no treatment for entero, once you get back from the fridge with the antitoxin the goat is dead. Vicki
