Help for kid

My neighbors 3 day old goat is sick. She has eaten today, but currently will not eat. She eliminates normally. Her heart rate is 120. Her temperature is 103.4. The only thing wrong is that she breathes really fast, at about 120 breathes per minute. It doesn't sound raspy, no mucus, just really fast breathing. Any ideas would be appreciated.

did she poop? is this a bottle kid? what does she eat? did she had colostrum?

Also what is your temperature in that area? Her temp. is on the high side of normal. Has she had any shots? Could she have gotten into anything poisonous?

She did poop. She is suckling from her mom. Nothing poisonous that we know of (goat barn for several years and no trouble before). No Immunizations yet. We did try probios. Temperature is mild (60-70).
