potty trained goat?

I haven't had to clean out Stinker's shed because he hasn't pooped or peed in it. He does spend time laying in there though, we see him occasionally peeking out at us or resting in there and he has shed some hair in there. He is the only goat I have that is this clean. When I had other goats using that shed I would sometimes have to clean it out daily. How often are goats smart enough to not spoil their resting area?

Leave it to Stinker to be smart enough to do that! All 3 of mine go wherever...whenever.

I second that- except that instead of 3 it's 8, 13, or whatever the count is for that month.

I don't know about goats but we have caught our cat standing on the toilet seat I don't know how many times.
The door to the bathroom doesn't latch good sometimes and if any of the 3 of us goes in to use the bathroom and it isn't latched, Smokey will nudge the door open and set there and watch us. Don't ask why cause I don't know, but I got to noticeing a few months ago that his litter box was always clean.
And then we started walking in on him, and it was really a trip when I found cat poopy in the toilet.
I yelled who didn't flush the toilet??? Not me!!! Not me!!! Well someone forgot to!!!! No body ever does anything around here.
The next day I was at home by myself and went in and there it was again.
I have been trying to get a picture of him but as soon as any of us walks in he jumps down as if he thinks he is doing something wrong.
I have heard of people potty training cats but Smokey learned his own self.
I said that but we haven't had him that long. His owner died and he needed a home so I brought him with me. So maybe the old man that had him to start with trained him. I don't know but it's a trip.

Ha! Isn't that the truth. Mine are so lazy they'll poop lying down. I'll get out to the barn in the morning to find neat little pyramids all over the place

I don't have any goats that smart but my pony poops in the manure pile and nowhere else in her pasture. It was hilarous last night to watch her back up to her pile and do her business, then she turned around and pawed a couple of times, I thought she was going to cover it like a cat!

my horse usually poops and pees in his manure pile too! Also he chooses a spot in the corner of his stall to go so its not all over the place. Goats arn't like that at all for what I have seen so far!

my goat will poop and pee on comand. makes it easy to keep her crate clean (she isnt outside yet as I dont have a companion goat yet).
We were at an event today for the Vet I work at, Working dog weekend at the farm park. She was there to attract attention, worked very well. It was an indoor spot so we had to go outside every hour and I would tell her to go. Made many people take a second look! No accidents inside, but one close call!

I know I should knock on wood, (my head) when I say things about what happens that is good and always forget to.
I just came in from the garden and there is a pile of """" dead under the computer desk. Where do you think my foot went???
One of these days I will die. I wonder if I will still be sticking my big foot in my mouth then??????
All I need to do is open my mouth about anything that is going right and it makes a fast U-turn.
But on the other hand, that is the worst thing that happened so far today and I am only a shower away from the bed. Lord, please don't let me fall. I am knocking on wood as I speak, LOL. Dang, it sounded hollow up there.

Our Alpine milker is housebroken. We milk in the kitchen and every time we call her in, she squats to pee and then poos a couple times, then heads on in to be milked. Very rarely does she have an accident inside (but we keep a bucket handy, just in case, lol).

We always call out to the goats on the way to the milk house. They pee and poo and get in line. Well, they mostly get in line. Some I have to offer doritoes.
