Eprinex pour on as oral?

I got a whole jug of the ivermec Eprinex cattle pour on de-wormer for my goats. Then I learned that goats do not absorb very well through the skin. I have heard some people on here mention giving any de-wormers to goats orally, regardless of perscribed application.
Should I give the Eprinex orally, and if so is it still double the cow dose? Or should I just use it as a pour-on at double the cow dose? Thoughts??
How about Cylence? pour on, or oral?

Give eprinex orally at label dose (not doubled).

Pour on Cylence at label dose. You have to repeat the cylence every 3 weeks if you are still having lice problems.

Will the Eprinex orally kill the lice? And then if lice still a problem use the Cylence?
