At what age to stop Cocci prevention treatments

Hi!
I have 2 Nigerian Dwarf doelings (~12wks old) who've been here on our farm for just about 3 weeks now. I'll be starting them on Corid today for Cocci Prevention treatments.

I understand that I should give 6cc/25#s for 5 days in a row, and repeat in 21 days, but how long should this treatment continue? Is it only until they're 4 months of age? Or maybe longer?

Thanks for any info you might be able to share.
