Ants or staff?

The little reject goat is doing great, however at after being here for a week I am now wondering about the bumps she has all over her, i had thought since the pasture was full of ant beds that she might have gotten into those, but they are not getting better and most of the visable ones are getting a white pusy head on them, kinda like with an ant bite, but my concern is that it seems like shes getting more of them, but she lives inside only goes out side to nurse off my nanny on the milk stand.
They are just little tiny from pen head, one had gotten as large as a pencil eraser and it popped pretty easy.

There where two goats there with sores on them that I was told was from something they picked up from deer, a parasite that attackes the spinal cord and its something that has crossed my mind though it seems like ants or staff, do goats even get staff like dogs do?
I have some amoxicillin should I give her some?

Bumps all over her under the hair or bumps only on semi-exposed areas(tail, udder)?? I've never seen staph bumps all over the body, but certainly on the semi-exposed fleshy areas. Goats are very suspect to staph this time of year.

When my does got staph, it was just on their udders, and yes, it looked like fire ant bites at first.

I treated it topically with chlorhexaderm.
