Blood Colored Teat

My 3 month old doeling has a little bit of blood color on the end of her teat. It is whole no cut no blood just blood color. What can this be? Is it possible something nipped her in the teat and it just didn't make a cut? Seems odd. Something has been trying to kill my cat. Hurt it's leg badly he is now putting pressure on it but it stills looks weird like popped out of place. That last 2 nights we have noticed fresh slightly deep wounds on the leg. Could whatever is getting my cat also have nipped her teat. Seems an odd place to bite. So health wise any ideas? Also she is a very large goat in length and height for her age and her teats are about the size of my Nubians which are small but would be big for a doeling. Could it be irratation from getting teats so big so soon? Any help would be appreciated! Also if you have suggestions for the cat that is also welcome.

Just a thought, is it possible the cat has found a free source of milk? If the cat nursed roughly, I would think it could cause both the red mark on the teat and the injured cat.

That is something I hadn't thought of. However seeing as she is 3 month she wouldn't have milk but this cat hangs out with our goats. And I can't put goat milk on the counter for a second before he trying to get it. So maybe he knows milk comes from teats and tried it. He for 3 nights now has had new wounds popping up. She must be really tearing him up. But then also she has one horn could she have popped his leg out of joint? His arm has 3 slightly deep wounds and was looking pooped out of joint. His arm seem to be getting more straight and normal though. I am still at a loss.
