Mastitis infusion question

This is probably a really dumb question, but here it goes... I think one of my does has mastitis. I wanted to try the Today infusion in her teats, but no feed stores have it around here. (I ordered some from Jeffers). All I could find was Masti-clear. It is basically just penicillin G infused into the teat.

She is nursing twins right now. If I give her the infusion every 12 hours how can she nurse? There is milk withdrawal time and meat withdrawal time too. Can she nurse with the Today infusion? Are the infusion just for does that aren't nursing? I'm looking online for info but can't find what I'm looking for.

Any ideas??
Tiffany
