If Anyone In Mo Needs A Milkstand....

Here's your chance to get a really nice one! I just saw an ad on Craigslist, MO and it looks like it's the lady I had build one for me (or should I say her sons built one for me). I have full-size goats and it's the perfect size for them (and me) ... nice & tall and it has a very sturdy wire for them to stand on. It's also easy to clean off when the chickens do their "thing" up there.

Just in case anyone is looking for a stand but doesn't want/know how to build their own... like me

Fauna

P.S. It's under the farm area I believe and if you do a search on goats, it'd be under there somewhere.

Here is the listing....

I did find it under St. Louis and there were pics included - they didn't copy over.

Goat milking stand, built for you by enterprising teens, takes one week from ordering. $175 if you want expanded metal platform (shown), $150 for plywood platform. Platform is approx 16" by 35", approx 18" tall. Stanchion is about 5' tall at top. Bucket NOT included.

With this stand, the goat has a smaller area and can't move around much. You sit on a chair to milk. Keeps your clothes clean. Can build quicker for additional $25.

St. Louis, MO. This helps my kids work making something useful, to earn money.

Thanks. That's a bit too much of a drive for us. We're just 25 miles from Arkansas!

Rose~you and I are pretty close then. I wonder if several of us ordered from them, if they could deliver them to us. Just a thought.
