What is this?

I bought a boer doeling a few weeks ago. She's nursing from the bottle vigorously [to the point where she usually needs a full face washing afterwards] and is full of spit and vinegar. What has me scratching my head is that she has what reminds me rainrot on her ears. They're like hard little scabs and when you scratch them off, it leaves a bald patch on her ears. None of her playmates have anything like this either, but I applied some ivomec pour on.

Do goats get rain rot or does this sound like something else?

When my horses get rain rot, I treat it with a fungicide. I usually pick something for garden plants, dilute it, and sponge it on.
