Breakfast!

Well, this morning we had fresh farm eggs, and some of our FIRST homemade cheese from our Kinder Kows. My wife and I made Mozzarella and Ricota cheeses yesterday. It was our first try - and it turned out a little hard - but we'll get the hang of it. The flavor is great!

I also made Tapioca Pudding from fresh goat milk. Since Deb doesn't like it - MORE FOR ME!

Sounds great! We've done some homemade frozen yogurt (very good) from our milk and our 10yo son has been faithfully skimming and freezing that tiny bit of cream every single day and he made goat butter (also good.)

I can't wait to do some cheese, but our (human) kids keep drinking all the milk, lol.

They are Kinder GOATS, actually. I just tell my wife that I'm "going out to milk the cows" every moring (I grew up with cows....). Since they aren't REALLY "cows", it just "fits" better to call them "Kinder Kows".
