Anything under 12 pix is considered SMALL for website use. The link being, 8, is VERY SMALL.

But compared to everything else on the page, its not that small.
No one "measures" the font size. Try to be realistic here.
If we were discussing website construction protocol, it might be relevent, but in this case it was made in such a way to imply Purina was trying to hide it.
As to notification, Purina
could have made some type of news announcement, but it seems more logical to me that more FEED USERS would be likely to hear it if its posted at EACH DEALER. The people at the TSC I go to know my name and phone number, and mail me an itemized list at the end of the year of EVERYTHING Ive bought there.
Since most of the affected products were bagged in JANUARY, it's pretty unlikely that customers still have a lot of it around anyway

They looked like the bad guys in this.

There ARE no "bad guys". A problem was found and they are taking care of it. Whats the "bad" part? If the "dealers are PO'd" its because they are having to do some extra work handling the product, and not because they are worried about their "image"
It just seems to me its getting blown out of proportion.
