Non functioning teat

So, my Dora kidded last wednesday. I know when I bought her in September, the gal told me she had had mastitis the last time she freshened. She sadi it wasn't bad though and cleared up. Her udder was a bit lopsided when dry.

So, now evidently, when she had mastitis, it was so bad she built up scar tissue and completely blocked one teat. There is no milk entering that teat at all. That side of the udder is hard but not hot or tender to the touch. As a result, the baby and I are sharing the other teat. Good thing she had a single!

I'm getting a quart am and pm so 1/2 gallon a day and baby is growing like a weed so i assume she's getting plenty too. Does this seem like a good amount given the situation? This si my first time milking ever!

Also, should I do anything about the other side?

Thanks!

IMHO there isn't much you can do to the other side if it is that bad, she will most likely dry up on that side. It sounds like she's making enough for her kid though, so that's good.
