Talking I Am A Goatie Granny-thanx To Patty

My first doe of the season kidded today at Patty0315's house. I got the phone call this afternoon. Last I heard, she had 2doelings and 1 buckling. The little boy is a black/tan with some white and the girls are mainly black with a little white on them. Blackberry is the mama and so far all are doing well and she gets to nurse her young for the first time(I usually bottle feed). I think she'll be a great mama. Patty says she'll post or email pictures as soon as she can....I am about to bust over here. This is the first time I haven't been with my Blackberry when she has given birth But praise God for such good friends, who will take on extra responsibilities for the sake of someone else with no thought of self gain.

Congratulations! And it sounds like you've been fortunate in finding good friends!

Yes, I absolutely have been blessed with good friends and several of them. God puts people in our path for a reason and one day I hope to repay everyone for their love, kindness, and help.

Your a goof ball.

All the babies seem to be doing fine , all have nursed.

1st girl is solid black except for a splash on her side & belly and a white spot on her head. Very sharp looking.

2nd is a flashy looking buckling . He is tri colored mostly black & white with a little brown.

3rd is another doeling black head & body trimmed in brown. Lower legs brown and belly brown.

Blackberry is being a good Mama. Babies got some to eat out of a bottle also.

I will take pictures tomorrow when my child gets back with my camera.

By the way babies are forsale !
