another quesiton on wormers please

Any way we can have a sticky for wormers? I did a search, honest but I just can't figure it out.

I treated the kids for Coccidia with Corid, dose 6cc per 25 lbs. I weighed each kid individually for the first does then guessamated for the 4 days after because they were all pretty much the same size. (my husband would say "this one is lighter, this one is heavier") Well, a couple came down with wet heinies and seem to be the larger ones so there goes that theory.

I was trying to remember when to do the first treatment of Valbazen before noticing the wet behinds so I was wondering if I did Valbazen today and sulfa treatment later in the day if that would be okay. I'm gonna see about picking up something at Tractor Supply later. Or if it would be better to treat with Valbazen today and sulfa tomorrow for the 5 days.

It could also be possible for the Valbazen to take care of the problem, no?

There are 8 does and 14 kids in a 12x20 shed with overhang with a creep feeder just for kids. They have constant free access to outside but it has been damp around here lately. Think I'm gonna have to change the way I'm keeping the shed.

Cocci are protozoans and Valbazen is a wormer for worms. I'm not positive but I don't think the worms treated with Valbazen cause diarhea.

The dosage that fiascofarm uses doesn't work.

If you have your goats in with adult goat poop, than using valabazen won't work. Use your Cydectin on them etc...or whatever else works for you, then use your Valbazen along with it (not mixed together just given after it) for tapes and strongieds. Tapes are a concern here for us so Valbazen is part of our kid worming program, if tapes aren't a problem for you in your area than simply use your adult wormer on your kids. Vicki
