Plugged teat!

I went out to milk a bit of colostrum out of our mama. She delivered this morning. Anyway, I can't get anything out of one side and the uddder on that side is really hard. The orofice is blocked with what looks like milk. Baby is at this point only nursing out of one side. I don't want her to get masitis. What should i do????

Massage it with warm soapy water then try to milk her.
