Question about Giving a little extra Milk to smallest Triplet.

My Pygmy Doe had Triplet's on 4/20,and there doing well. But one little Doe doesn't seem to be growing as fast as the other 2,i know there's usually a Runt. But i figured i could give her a couple of extra Bottles of Milk every day,and that would help catch her up with her Brother & Sister. Now my question is what kind of Milk would be best to give her, would regular Store bought Vitamin D be O.K?But i might be able to get some fresh Cow's Milk from a Guy that lives near me,but i don't know if he still has his Milk Cow.So if i could get the fresh Milk would it be a better choice for her,or would Store Milk be better?Thank's,Larry

If you are comfortable wit his herd health, I'd probably go for the fresh milk...but there is nothing at all wrong with whole grocery store milk. We had to buy it to feed kids last year and they still grew out well.

My understanding is that Johnes can be transmitted cross-species - so that is why you want to be sure his cows are clean if you buy fresh.
