Hubby fed all my critters with no problems. I will pick up my milker doe tomorrow from my neighbor. I watched my son's graduation to the Marines. He graduated Private First Class and may get another promotion. I got to bring him home and then he goes back for special training in ten days and then he's off again. We butcher the mean buck tomorrow. I wonder what a good recipe is??????? I have a lot of reading to do here, cuz although I brought my laptop, the kids used it for their homework and I just wanted to rest when we got to the hotel, so I have 4 days to catch up on....

Welcome back...I know how you feel about getting caught up. I had the same thing when I went on a long weekend out of town...came home and it took forever to get back in the loop!

Glad your back & all went well. It will be nice for your son to be home for a visit too.
We cook goat just like we would beef & we really like it. I think the roast in the slow cooker with onion soup mix on it is my favorite. We also really like the ground we made into breakfast sausage. Good luck with that mean ol thing, you'd better be careful around him.
