Still NO BABIES!!!

She is now two days overdue! I'm not worried yet, but a bit frustrated! I'm thinking maybe twins, trips? Hopefully not one! She's the one who had quads last year, though. But she's much smaller. Like 3 or 4 inches around smaller. (I measured around every week last year, because she was growing so big that I wondered what was going on in there! )

and it doesnt look like anything is going to happen tonight. A half-hour ago she was standing on top of an electrical spool, looking out the door. Pregnant belly and all. That doesnt realy say "going-into-labor" to me! Ligs are soft, but still 'feel-able'. Big round udder, but not hard. (which I understand isnt much of an indication, but she usually does get a hard-ish udder a few hours to a day before...) Both sides of her belly are about equal in size, so apparently no kid has been pushed into the birth canal. I can still feel kids, they are moving around lots! Put my hand on her belly and, "wham!" get kicked in the hand! I feel bad, she must be uncomfortable!

sighhhhh

I had one miss her due date by the full 5 days.
Next one missed by two days.
The next one missed it by three weeks and then had preemies so...oops! She missed the first breeding and now I have one due last week but she has missed too.
After we bred all the goats we turned the buck in with the herd as insurance so now we don't know exact due dates. I can figure the heats close though.
I think she missed several times and I saw her squeeze in the bucks gate and be bred several times on Feb 10. I am guessing she will go till July now.

Isn't this fun?????
