Cream separators for home use?

anyone have one of the cream separators for home use seen on ebay? you know, white plastic...made in india i think. i'd like to get a cream separator, and i wonder how they hold up? electric vs. hand crank? i'm skeptical of the electric ones.....what if the motor breaks...how is the customer service? anyone have any thoughts?
