Kid pics

Well, the babies are getting older! They're the American Alpine doelings out of CAE positive does, being raised on prevention.

The oldest, born on St. Patrick's day is now 2 weeks old, while the other two are now 11 days. The older, Brigid, is possibly going to end up with the name "Cow" instead. She's monstrously huge compared to the other two, and is an absolute piggy at dinner time. I just keep calling her my 'cow'. That'll lead to some confusion when people come to look into buying a goat from me... "That one is Grace, That one is Babe, That's Daisy, and that's Cow!" eek! LOL

I finally got them out and about on a good day here, and sat with them a while in a bare spot in the driveway. Here are some pics that I took :

I snapped this pic during a cold burst of air - she looks frigid! hehe :

They are adorable. I just love Flora's facial markings. It looks like her masscarra is running, lol. Or like those theater masks (happy/sad). Viva in the 'who's that' pic? What a nice doe that is. And little 'cow' is just lovely too. Great looking kids.
