Dueling Does

I have 2 does that have all of a sudden decided to start sparring with each other. They've been going at it off and on for 3 days now. All we can figure is that we changed the milking line up. I use to take the one doe first, but she takes the longest on the stand, so I moved the other does ahead of her. Ever since then, these two have been going at it.
Does milk order matter to goats?

Yeah it really can. They learn their 'placement' pretty quick, and you changed it. Not that it's a horrible thing, if it needed to be done. I sure wouldnt' do it often, or just 'because'. They should calmn down soon enough, just keep to the routine and order. LOL

If it makes you feel any better, several of their former herd mates are reestablishing the pecking order,too.
