Badly behaving wether?

I don't know if it's the spring weather or what but all of the goats are extra rowdy. One in particular. Just over the last few weeks he's really been bad. He's been jumping up on me and every once in a while he does the whole stand up gonna butt me thing but doesn't follow through. He likes to jump on me when my back is turned so i'm constantly on alert.
What I need to know is how to handle this. It's like he's testing me and I want to nip it in the bud. He's always been slightly bratty but it's gotten worse. His brother is good as gold.
And no, I don't want to eat him!

I have a spoiled rotten wether too, and have found that a cheap water gun or spray bottle of water work great for bad behavior. I think it was Doc's suggestion, I can't take credit. It sure works when you are carrying feed and they are nosing where they shouldn't or they bow up and act like they are going to use their horns on you (he does that to my husband). If he's smaller, this might work for you too. I used to turn him upside down and sit on him for a few minutes. That worked great but now he outweighs me by at least 50 pounds and I have a hard time getting his feet out from under him, unless he reall ymakes me angry. Now, I just end up riding him and feeling ridiculous...
