Found our New Goat

After a long search, we finally found our first milking doe!
As usual, it was another HT member who saved the day... Thank you Patty0315!

We really had a great time visiting her homestead and seeing her beautiful Saanens. As we walked through this very friendly bunch, one doe stayed behind me almost the whole time, nudging me to give her more scratches. What better way to choose a new critter than to let the critter choose you?

I can't wait to go pick up my new doe....

Patty also gave us a sample of her goat milk soap and hand cream. On the way home, I put some on the back of hubby's hand.
A few minutes later he said, "Wow, this stuff is amazing. Put some on my other hand! She really makes this!?"
He's very hard to please when it comes to his chapped skin... and he loves this cream.
I haven't tried the soap yet. I liked the fragrance so much, I figured I could keep it in my lingerie drawer for awhile, first.
Milk Made Soaps and Lotions - really nice. We highly recommend them.

Thanks for the kind words . I enjoyed having you guys up . Glad Hubby likes the lotion. It was also nice to see aHubby suporting his wife. Mark comes along with me and does the same , even when he knows it means more work for him.


On a good note for me the zoning enforcement officer just stopped by to tell me we are the talk of the town They just had a big meeting and O.K.'d my new shop ! Helps that half of them are my customers .
