Bald Spot on Buck?

My year old buck has a bald spot on his scrotum. It was smaller two days ago. I have a picture on my blog at www.rockingrabbitranch.blogspot.com. Any ideas what it could be?

Is it scaly?

No not scaly. There might be a small sore on the upper part of it. He wouldn't let me get too close. I'll have to leash him up to get a good look at it. Other than that he seems to be perfectly fine.

It looks like it just bug bites. I am not postive.. It dont look like pizzle. I hope not...

Would pizzle be on the back side of the scrotum? I just looked it up online and everything I read indicates it would affect the penile area.
