Size of Teats

Can an experenced person tell me what a good milk goats teats look like when they are small does. born to 2 weeks old, Reason is, I bought a doe 3 years ago and the lady know that her genetics were very small teats. Good mom but very small teats. I know someone like her knew this and is why she sold this doe. She has been with goats 20 some years. What do you look for?the size when small? I just wanted to know if you could breed up or get rid of her.

I could not tell by looking at a kid or even a dry yearling. Maybe someone else, but not I.
I look at the size of the sire's dam, and then the dam. We have a doe with huge teats and her daughter freshened with tiny teats. Bucks are supposed to be responsible for udder traits. Always use the best buck you can.
hth.
