Whirlwind week with babies :o)

We never expected our does to kid so close together. But today the last of our does that were due this month surprised us with twins. They've all had the babies when we weren't here and have all done well with the exception of Tues. when I did have to bottle feed until Mama's milk came in. We had 2 FF and only expected singles, but today our FF Lily gave us 2 beautiful doelings. She is a lamancha that we bred to our boer. Our other Lamancha had a little buckling that looked like a boer but with itty bitty ears. Lily gave us long eared cutie pies which is what we were hoping for. So now we are done kidding until the end of april first of may. I can enjoy the babies for a bit. The hubby isn't quite as tore up about them as I am. I'm just beside myself and so is our 4 year old DS. Here's a few pics.

Thanks everyone. I haven't been on here since Thursday. The snow caused us to have to work on the barn a bit yesterday. We did get very lucky with the ears. We thought for sure after blondie's baby had little ears Lily would too. They are still doing great and loving the heat lamps!

CountyHaven it is unreal how much our kids look alike!
