doses of injectable ivermectin wormer for goats?

I have heard everyone say to give the injectable ivermectin wormer to the goats. Is this the same wormer that is also slod for cows? How much should you give them? Is there a withdraw time for milk? I have a doe that kidded 6 weeks ago and seems to be losing weight now, I think she may need wormed. Any other suggestions?

Ivomec 1% injectable is given at the rate of 1 cc per 50 lbs.
Ivomec Plus is given at the rate of 1 cc per 30 lbs.

Give them ORALLY, not as a shot. I forget the milk withdrawal time. It is used on people in 3rd world countries, so I personally don't withhold the milk.
