How soon to breed back?

One of my Nigerian does aborted on Sunday. (2 doelings and a buckling) How long do we need to wait before breeding her again? She isn't milking, so I wondered if 3 months is too soon or if we need to wait until next year. She was due March 24, so one month early. We don't know why, just found the babies and had too investigate to find out who they were from. We are feeding her alfalfa pellets, 14% sweet feed and free choice grass hay and Sweetlicks minerals.

As long as she is the only one to abort over the next 3 weeks or so, I would rebred her on her first heat. We don't let does go dry and barren, first there is no place for them on the farm, and secondly it simply lessens their chances of having good production and long steady fertility. No grain until 100 days bred, or she will get way to fat on you. She will be fine on the alfalfa pellets and grass hay (minerals, water etc of course) Don't forget to worm her just as if she kidded. thank you

I'm glad to know it's ok to breed her again. I was feeling guilty about not wanting to wait.
