Yes, eating too much grain will cause BIG problems in ruminants. You should have taken preventative measures of mineral oil drenching when it happened to help her pass it through quickly. At this point I would give activated charcoal, mineral oil, Banamine, C&D Antitoxin and keep warm water available to her and watch to see if she is drinking. Don't give her *any* feed, just dry hay. Her gut is in *much* distress right now. I would also probably give her yogurt.
Use this as a learning lesson and put the feed somewhere tight or high where even if the goats get out, they cannot get into it.
