Can a working mom bottle feed kids?

I am gone from 6:45am until 5:45pm every day. This is too long of a span isn't it for bottle feeding new kids?

You can put them on a lambar. ...a bucket with nipples.
You can let them free choice while you are at work and then bottle feed them in your lap (if you want to do that kind of feeding) when you get home.
But yes-- initially, they will need to eat 4 times a day, otherwise.

Are you sure??? I can't believe you could give a day old kid 16 ounces in one go and have it be OK.

Can anyone provide me with a link to a website or break down a feeding schedule for new born kids until weaning?

I think this is something I might have to do with my next round of kids.

I would never feed day olds like that. The first day is very important to them, they must be fed little but often. I can get my kids down to 3x per day within 3-4 days of being born, but the first two days I am very sure to feed them little but often.

What I plan to do this year is get a summer job. My kids start arriving in march, but the majority arrive in May this year. Since I want to work, I'll let them have free access while I can't be there on schedule. I still plan on feeding them on schedule when I can so that I can make sure they are tame.

I plan on building little cooler feeders with the lambar equipment. The coolers would be the smaller travel sized ones, with holes drilled in it for the nipples/tubes. I plan on throwing a frozen pop bottle in there to keep the milk a little cool all day The ice should keep it on the cooler side (but not excessively cold) to prevent it from spoiling. I fed chilled milk last year most of the time, and the kids don't seem to have any issues with it. At first they would get brain freezes, though, which can be alarming; They jump up hollering for a sec, then go back to nursing, hehe. They quickly got used to it and stopped getting them after a week or so. No upset bellies or growth issues though.

I think it's best for them to be fed often, but I have done the twice a day feedings in the past and the kids were fine. I would feed as much as they would take per feeding for the first few days until they drank up to 20 oz at a time, then I kept them at 20 oz twice a day. Cross your fingers that the kids are born on weekends and you can feed them 4-5 times a day for the first couple days.

With our buck we feed him a 16 oz bottle (isn't that how much a reg. baby bottle is?) in the morning, one about 3pm after dd gets out of school, then a bottle before bed. First day was Sunday.... I was home , he probably had eight+ ounces five times the first day. He seems just fine.
