New little goaties...

Nova is a first time freshener and just had two little goatie babies! We are watching carefully to make sure they start to nurse. The lighter of the two has been working the teat a little bit but the darker has not yet.
Nova just passed the afterbirth so maybe it won't be long.....
We are kind of feeling our way here a bit too, we've not had goats before these Nigies.

They sure are cute little things.

Here's a couple of pics:

Not sure yet. I'm at work and DW is tending to them at home. She just called and the darker colored one still has not fed. I think we are going to have to assist the process.

Oh, they are so cute! I think niggies are the prettiest babies in the goat world.

They are just precious. See I think I see the problem - Momma is laying on the things they need to use!

I bet when you get home and get in to love them all up then step back to watch that they will both nurse.

Don't ya just love babies.

How cute. That momma looks very proud of herself as she should be, they are cute as ever.
I bet the one will nurse very soon if not already. Looks like they just want to check out the new digs.
