Someplace on this forum is a set of instructions for making your own EZ milker, just like the ebay one. I think the total price of the parts was something around $10.
I do have one of those udderly EZ milkers, this guy sells them for $125, scroll down the side bar.
http://www.avolinofarm.com/ This one comes with way more stuff too.
There's another one, maddigan's? Cheaper than the EZ.
I never thought I'd use it, but I tell ya, on a jumpy first freshner with tiny teats, or when I fostered a ND, it was a really handy item.

I just ordered an Udderly EZ. Once I have a big herd I will buy or make a real milker, but this just seems like it would be easy and keep the milk nice and clean.

no.
If Im going to milk by hand, Im going to milk by hand.
I dont see the point in squeezing a handle, that milks an animal...and paying for it too.

Well, the goat usually has bedding and straw under her and dh is the better milker, but he has real rough man hands.....I think it would be cleaner all around if it goes right into a container.

If/When you decide to buy a real milking machine, check out this guy. This is where we bought ours and it has been great. Milked 75 does for two years on it before we cut down on the herd. No problems in any of that time. He will also work to fit individual needs.
