Talking Whatcha wanna bet....

Last year I was hoping hoping hoping for doelings. I only got two, and five bucklings. I kept the two doelings and have enough goats now,so this year I would like bucklings to sell for meat. Why do I have a feeling there will be a whole bunch of baby girl goats this year....

Tell you what . . . if you get any doelings that would be suitable for breeding to a Boer buck, let me know. I'm going to be buying a buck in the next little while and want to start up a meat herd.

It's not like you're real far away from me!!!

Ha! I hear you.

Last year we were hoping for lots of does - to help build our herd. We had three sets of trips - 5/4 bucks.

This year we just don't want too many kids - would rather have twins than trips, since we are trying to sell them all and don't have a lot of buyers lined up yet. ...I bet we get quads.
