Question Concerned about bucklings eyes

My little bucklings eyes are really watery. I noticed it soon after he was born and thought maybe they were just tears. They do look just like tears...clear. Just little is around his eyes and lashes...not like gushing out. Is this normal?

What I do when that happens, is I hold a Lipton tea bad wet on the eye for 15 minutes a time 3 times a day. until it clears p and I put Neosporin in it. It is normally when they get the amniotic fluid in the eye and it irritates it, Mine had all healed up fine doing it that way.

Something else you can use is Terramycin ointment. It comes in a VERY small tube.
I get mine at Tractor Supply

How old is he? On very young goats check to make sure the eyelashes are not flipped under causing the irritation to the eye.

He is 3 days old....I don't think they are because I recall noticing the eyelashes were wet...but I'll look again. Thank you!
