I finally got babies!!

My first babies of the year finally arrived. I bought the doe already bred, so i had no idea when she was due. In fact I missed it all by an hour. I went to feed everyone last night around 7 and they were on the ground and almost all the way dry. She never showed any signs of being close. I felt her ligaments the other day, and they were hard as rocks. She is a tricky one. lol
The momma is a fullblood Boer with 7 ennoblements in her pedigree. I won't know about the sire's pedigree until I send in the babies paperwork, but the guy I get them from usually has awesome bucks with great lines. I am really excited about these two.

Here they are. Two little doelings.

What sweet babies. Don't you just love it when all turns out great when you are not there?

I love it when it is easy. Thankfully any doe that has ever had a problem, I managed to be there for that one. So far so good.

alex, my herd name is LODA
