This was on CF and Homestead Board and I know our mod is pretty busy so hope this informs people

Homesteading Today will soon be moving to a new server and upgrading to a new version of vbulletin. This should make your experience here at Homesteading Today even better in the future. Over the next few days administrators and moderators will be pruning forums in anticipation of this move. If there are older posts or threads you are particularly interested in you may want to copy and paste them to your own files.

Now for the part that specifically applies to all of you: Before we move ALL private message box content will be deleted from every person's pm box. If there is something in there you want to save, save it to your own computer. You have one week from today to accomplish this!

Will we have to download stuff to get back on here? I have a slow computer, will it move slower?
And yes, can we help? If we delete our own pm boxes, maybe?

You really shouldn't notice any difference after the move, most likely it is just a larger or newer server or some such. It should be fairly seemless, they just want to move as little info as possible. Hope the cookbook stays in tact, I don't know if I can copy/paste all of that!
