Boer with sore help!

Our 2 year old never been kidded out doe has a problem! Not only is she a fatty doe and took a few breeding to get her to settle. She now has a sore! I was told by my mom that she was breathing very heavy and was trying to eat but seemed not to.
Well I went out and checked on her, and well she wasn't doing any of the signs so I said "Lets take a look inside you." Well she isn't the claimest doe as mom forgot about her after she got a new Boer!(She is that way ) so after I got her head I seen a sore just below her nose.

Please don't tell me it is orf! We have never had it and I am now thinking where she could have gotten it from. No one but mom and I have been in the doe barn that I know of. I went to our sale barn yesterday, but I went in a different door that way not germs could get in the barn. Washed my clothes sprayed my shoes with a disinfection and took a shower. Sure it is a bit much but all my does are bred and due in 6 weeks and I don't want to mess anything up. I have yet wore me shoes they are still sitting at a different door so it couldn't but from the sale barn.

No one has come to visit so now I am thinking she just cut herself on something. But what could it have been??? I checked every inch of the barn this fall for any loose nails or screws.

So well I will try to get a picture if I can find a camara! My sisthers broke so now she is using mine and I never have it anymore!!!

Without a picture, I couldn't tell you what it is. Check to soo if she has any other sores in or around her mouth. If this is the only sore, she likely hurt herself. Clean it with clorhexadine or betadine. If it's just a sore with no blistering, I'd apply some triple antibiotic ointment after cleaning it.
