Selling goat/ADGA papers

I'm a little confused about what I need to fill out when selling a goat that's registered with ADGA. Do I have to fill out a bill of sale if the goat is registered? Or do I just fill out the Certificate of Transfer on the bottom of the goat's registration paper which is then sent in by the buyer?

Just fill out the certificate of transfer at the bottom of the ADGA Reg. paper then the buyer will send that in and get a new one in thier name.

Bill of sale is for AGS.
