that has got to be the funnest thing I have EVER heard of!! even if she is in the city limits, she should be grandfathered in about the property line thing and the procreating. <walking off shaking head>

I'll bet that pooping ordinance was pushed through by the makers of 'depends' undies. What do ya wanna bet that lastest rage in ok. next year will be diapers for farm animals? I smell a conspricy folks!
