Emily, Princess is changing!

Emily, as you know, Princess was very aloof and stand-off-ish. Well, we found the secret, and things have changed. Peanut butter crackers. Oh, my. She will just about crawl up your front for a peanut butter cracker. She has started coming to the gate to meet us, and she leans on me, and rubs her head on my leg.

This afternoon, I was scratching her back, up and down each side of her spine. She started waving her head back and forth in bliss, then began pumping her back leg like a dog does when you scratch her tummy. IT WAS HILARIOUS!

She's such a wonderful goat.

She sounds like she's going to turn into a real sweetie.. I saw your post about pumpkin coming back into heat. Did you find another *man* for her, down there?

Rose,

It sounds as if you have a friend for life. Man's best friend may be a dog, but a woman's best friend is a goat! Please post some pix of your sweetie.
