Di-Methox and pregnancy

We had a goat to die this week from cocci, we had a awful time finding Di-Methox no feed stores within 2 hours of us had it or none of the vets around had it, even Jeffers is out. Hoeggar had a shippment of it coming but we had to wait until they got it in. The med. will be here Monday. My question is; we have other goats, 7 that are do to kid the end of this month, 3 smaller goats and a billy, should I treat the whole herd since they have been exposed and with the pregnant ones do I wait until they kid and give it to them as soon as they do? I am afraid that the stress from kidding could bring them down and make them more liking to get it. We have also went from no rain to rain almost every day for about 3 weeks with no freezing temps.

The rule of thumb that I've been told is anything that is not lactating. 30 day milk/meat withdrawal? for human consumption I think, but fine for nursing kids. Worm at kidding time or just before and repeat 10-12 days later (ivermec) Cocci deaths in older goats are usually a secondary condition if my understanding is correct. We have very cold winters so I dont have so much of an issue....leave the kids on mom for the withdrawal period and they'll get a residual effect from mom's dosing....

Have you looked into a medicated feed for kids? Calf starter 20% medicated is something I'm trying as we do calves as well.
