Potty tail-a bit concerned

I've got a HUGE-MONGOUS-GIGANTIA boer percentage doe, Caramel, who is due in 4 weeks. Her whole pregnancy she's had a kind of dirty back end which I initially attributed to the buck and his yeller legs and beard. Well, now her tail seems kind of wet all the time and the area around her tailhead is always a tad damp feeling. I smelled it and it smells like urine-not bucky, but pee-y. Now, she looks like a propane tank on legs and I'm wondering if all those babies are just making for a loose bladder when she lays herself on down. BUT, I've also got the doe who aborted on November 19th, 6 weeks early, so I'm worried that there might be something that's communicable and showing itself in Caramel in a different way. No one is looking like they're going to go early, but hey, neither did the doe who aborted. Caramel has no temp, a healthy (well, overly healthy maybe) appetite, and is cudding normally. She is very, very, very pregnant and wide but NOT fat (can feel ribs) and would have put all those preg pics to shame on the other thread. She's getting very good quality alfalfa/grass hay, all she wants, minerals and water.

I would guess a little bladder leakage from the pressure.
