Lopsided udder question

I dried up and treated one of our goats for subclinical mastitis. The side that was prematurely drying up is fine, but the other side still has stuff (milk?) in it and it is not drying up. It has been nearly 6 weeks.

Do I empty her again or just leave it alone?
