my gosh someone elses doe just kidded

Someone bought an open doe last June as well as two bucklings for their table. This Nubian girl is now 22 months old.
They brought her over to be bred last week , but thought she could already been. I didn't think she was! They were have to picked her up a few days ago. She looked pretty good, shiny coat healthy etc.
Today she was hanging off by herself...I had no idea she was about to kid she was not big at all so I wasn't looking for it. Well awhile ago she is off by herself crying, went down there and two dead kids. They appear fully formed, and weigh a total of 10 lbs. She was taking care of the afterbirth and eating hay real good. I gave her some grain now what? I've never had what Im assuming is stillbirth before.
The owners said they would come get her tonite.... should she travel 5 minutes away? Can I do anything for this kidless mother?
Any suggestions very much appreciated.

edited to add; after the end of July she was their only goat

No advice, just sympathy. How difficult and sad for everyone involved. I'm so sorry.

Get them to send the kids off to see what killed them. Milk her out. Save her colostrum and get another goat for her. Maybe even see if they would sell her to you. (if you can keep another. She will just get even more sad being alone.) Give her some sweet water and some grain. Done!

She will get over it. Try having a doe kid and take her kids away, after she has raised 2 sets already!! So sad hearing them cry. (But when our FF boer kidded the whole herd took care of those 2 wethers!! They all wanted a piece of them! Maybe thats why they spent more time gettin out and playing with out momma then being with them! )

Some people give the doe a bucket of warm water sweetened with molasses after kidding. Worming might be a good idea too.

Thank you! Yes I milked her out..got about 35cc for the freezer, also gave her warm molasses water.Im sure these people arent going to take the kids for an autopsy.
It would definitely be in her best interest to go back home with a buddy. Even if they have to trade some labor. The poor thing is heartbroken out there.
